What we send

CEAC Holdings answers phone calls on behalf of the small businesses that subscribe to our AI receptionist service. Business owners who opt in receive a text message after each call we answer for them, summarizing the call: the time, its length, the caller's name and phone number where available, a short summary of what the caller wanted, and whether a live transfer reached the owner. These are transactional account notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

Who receives messages

Only business owners who subscribe to our service and opt in on our call notifications page. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing our service.

Message frequency varies with call volume.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
